Anthony VanCampen has been employed as a NOAA ET since 2004. He picked NOAA because he realized that he couldn't face life away from the ocean. He previously served 20 years in the US Navy on Destroyers USS Berkeley (DDG-15) and USS Cole (DDG-67). Claims to fame: - 1) High Scorer in USS Cole's "Who Wants to be a Liberty Hound” (also just about every contestant's phone a friend); 2) Shortest time from reporting at EEB to going to sea 4 days.
