Steward Department

We have one Chief Steward (CS) and one Second Cook (2C). They provide us with many tasty meals and treats. The Steward Department purchases, stows and prepares food for the ship's workforce and scientific complement. The department also maintains the galley, mess decks, lounges, library, laundry room, reefers, and steward storage spaces.
