Senior Survey Technician - Henry Lacey O’Neal, Hometown: Shelton, WA

Lacey was a US Army Paratrooper and retired July 1998. He sailed on McArthur, McArthur II starting in July 1998. He claims to be a graduate of the school of Hard Knocks with a Masters degree. Lacey started as an Ordinary Seaman, then was promoted to Able Bodied Seaman, when he received his USCG endorsement. He was promoted to Survey Technician in 2001.
